For Rose Crowley, a bad fall has a good ending.

Rose tripped on the curb at the entrance to a big box store, and fell. She lay in the street a long time, chin bleeding, unable to move, with her aching hand flattened under her.

By the time I got in the ambulance, my hand was black and swollen. The MRI found three fractured bones. I called those lawyers on TV who say they fight for you.

They met with me and listened to my story. I thought I was all set. Then a few days later, they sent me a letter. The store told them I was fiddling in my pocketbook when I fell, so my injury was my fault. They dropped me!

When a friend recommended Andy, that was my lucky day.

I trusted him right away. He was so caring. Andy always had time for me whenever I called – or he got right back to me. My daughter liked him too. “I’m glad you found Andy,” she said, “I feel he’s going to help you.”

Andy helped me so much, I felt like I was his only client.

Andy would call and say, ”The insurance company made you an offer, but we’re not taking it. I’m gonna fight.” He filed the paperwork. He got witness’ testimony and photos and diagrams of the accident scene. He assembled my medical records and hospital bills, and calculated the cost of my future care.

Andy handled everything. And every single thing he did was done right. He worked hard to win, kept me updated at every step, and never gave up because he knew I was hurt.

After I got my award, I phoned the lawyers from the TV to tell them, “You said I didn’t have a case, but Andy recovered over $36,000 for me!”

They wouldn’t take my call.
