Jack & Susan Moran show compassion for a drunk driver, and still win big.

When a teenager slammed his car into Jack’s truck, it spun it like a top, crashed into a pole, slid down the embankment, and landed upside down. Jack woke up in a Trauma Unit. This is how he got back up again.

Susan:  Even before we knew the extent of Jack’s injuries, we were getting calls from the insurance company saying “This is what we’re going to do for you. Do you accept our offer?”

Andy came highly, highly recommended by several police officers. They all respected him, and felt respected enough to return to him over the years. That was good enough for me. Andy is a terrific guy, the salt of the earth. We both knew right away that he was the one.

Jack:  There’s no BS with Andy. He is an outstanding person and a brilliant lawyer who you just know is going to fight for you. You can’t ask for more than that.

When Andy assembled my claim document, every medical record and doctor’s report, every fact and photo and witness statement, every medical bill and all the expert testimony was strategically woven into such a clear and convincing story, he left the insurance company with no place to push back.

Susan:  When the arbitrator asked me how the accident affected Jack, I told him I married a happy-go-lucky Irishman who had turned angry when he could no longer play music or spend hours in his workshop.

As our case stretched on, we could see Andy’s expenses for filings and expert witnesses mounting, mounting. It never cost us a cent. Andy bore all of that. It speaks to the kind of person Andy is and why we think so highly of him.

The way Andy presented Jack’s injuries was incredible. First he assembled a book of photos showing Jack singing and playing guitar at weddings. Then he took photos of Jack’s woodworking tools neatly organized on the garage walls, and made a second book. Andy’s storytelling was so moving, the arbitrator ruled in our favor before we even made it home.

Jack:  We could’ve sued the boy who hit Jack, but we learned that his parents were hard-working people whose son was going through a bad time. If we sued, they could’ve lost everything.

Susan:  Andy talked it over with us and explained the ups and downs of not suing. He understood our feelings, and helped us make the right decision for us. The way he guided us through the hearings and prepared us for questioning was just wonderful. Thanks to Andy, we came out of arbitration with everything we needed.

Jack:  Andy is a one man army.

Susan:  How many attorneys take care of their clients like Andy? I so appreciate his personal touch. Andy never forgets you or the things you tell him. It's like you're his only focus. Through it all, Andy was our lifesaver. Everything he could possibly do for us was done. He’s the fighter each of us needs at some point in our life.

Jack:  We also chose Andy to prepare our Will. We both have children from first marriages, which complicates separating assets and joining families. Andy asked us insightful questions and made us consider some important things that we had never even thought about. He was extremely wise, helpful and knowledgeable.

Susan:  When life is traumatic, but you feel secure because someone is holding you up, that’s everything. We were truly blessed to have Andy.
