How Andy's genuine concern for her health helped Nancy relax and recover.

When Nancy tripped on a rug at a Farmer’s Market, the fall dislocated her shoulder. She thought that was the end of it.

Nancy:  I just tripped, but it was a bad fall. An ambulance took me to Crozier, where they put my shoulder back into place.

A month later, I was still in pain. That’s when I started talking to Andy. He had represented my brother Ed - who also hurt his shoulder in a motorcycle accident. Ed spoke so highly of Andy, I called him before I was even aware of my two torn tendons - which would need surgery.  For six weeks afterwards, I couldn’t even sleep in my bed.

I was so impressed by Andy's personal touch. Though my injury was not severe, he drove down to our home in Delaware just so I could tell him about my accident. He took the time to get to know us, and patiently described what it takes to build a winning claim.

Andy was very competent and self-assured. Ron and I felt confident in his ability to follow through. Andy also explained that if there’s no settlement, he not only get nothing, but he also covers all of the legal expenses from his own pocket. How many people take a risk for you like that?

Ronald:  My first impression? Andy was very knowledgeable, professional - and enthusiastic. He asked detailed questions that showed he was genuinely interested in helping my wife.

Nancy:  Andy is truly invested in my case. I never have to wonder what’s going on because he always keeps me in the loop – by mail, by phone and text. Whenever I call, he always gets back to me quickly. He gets updates on my progress after each doctor visit, and follows up regularly to check on me. He even called when we were traveling to see how I was doing. His genuine concern has been very comforting.
